Starting November 4th, the link you already know and have bookmarked, www.g-labgroup.com/request, will take you to our upgraded request form.

You don’t need to change anything on your end. The new form connects more smoothly with our project management tools. That helps us route your request to the right person faster, cut down on back-and-forth, and get first drafts to you sooner.

As always, the form is where every new request starts. Asana stays the place for feedback, corrections, and updates on work already in progress.

Our minimum official turnaround times

These are the shortest possible turnarounds, assuming all information is provided. They’re counted in business days, from the moment we have your complete request and assets to the moment you get your first draft.

• Copywriting (blog post, landing page copy): 2 business days

• Social media post (copy and posting): 2 business days

• Basic web edits: 2 business days

• Simple graphic design (flyers, social graphics, brochures, signage): 5 business days

• Email or e-newsletter: 5 business days

• Reels and short-form video: 5 business days

• New landing page: 7 business days

• Video editing (1 to 3 minutes long): 15 business days

• Monthly social media calendar: Target date is the 15th of every month
