Position Overview
We are seeking a Web & Email Design Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, customize, and schedule email campaigns for multiple nonprofit clients. In addition, the specialist will support web design projects using HTML and CSS and assist with light digital design needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance creativity with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and schedule email campaigns for multiple nonprofit clients.

• Test and ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design across all email platforms.

• Manage email deployment schedules and coordinate campaign timelines across clients.

• Support website updates and landing page creation usingHTML and CSS.

• Collaborate with writers, strategists, and other designers to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.

• Provide light graphic design support for digital assets (email graphics, social media, ads, etc.).
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong eye for design, layout, and usability.

• Experience with HTML and CSS for web updates and landing pages.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  
  

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, etc.).

• Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with nonprofit digital marketing or fundraising.

We are seeking a Full-Time Digital Fundraising Copywriter to join our team. The primary focus of this role is writing copy for digital fundraising communications — including email campaigns, landing pages, and other donor touchpoints. This position requires collaboration with clients to ensure each piece of writing matches their unique voice, while also being able to adapt content based on client feedback and requests.

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive, donor-focused copy for emails, websites, and other digital fundraising channels.

• Collaborate with nonprofit clients to align writing with their organizational voice and style.

• Revise and edit copy based on client feedback.

• Work with designers and strategists to ensure copy and creative align.

• Meet deadlines across multiple client projects with attention to detail and consistency.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

• Experience writing fundraising or marketing copy, especially for nonprofits.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, landing pages, social media).
